Eau Claire Traction is a strategic game of investment and negotiation. Players place investments on the various locations around Eau Claire, Wisconsin, then influence the building of the trolley line to capitalize on their investments. Players can also invest in attractions in an Electric Park being built in Lake Hallie, and are able to influence investments and routes by using their connection to a prominent member of the city.

The game has been created by Oddly Specific Board Games as a project to bring obscure topics to the table. This game integrates an approachable rule set with high player interaction to create an experience that is enjoyable for the family as well as more heavy gamers.
